With a last name Love, what better day to be born then on February 14, Valentine's Day?
Paul Everette Love was born on February 14, 1945 in Madisonville, Kentucky to Dortha Devine and Bennie Love. He was the 4th and last child of his parents, who already had 2 daughters and a son. In 1951 his parents separated and his mom gained custody of the children, the oldest being 15 and the youngest Paul being just 6.
In October 1965 at 20 years old her married 16 year old Caroline Gibson and they welcomed their first son Paul was born in March, daughter Shellie (1969) and son Chad (1971) would follow.
Paul worked as a coal miner, a very common job in Kentucky, for 30 years before retiring. He also taught mine safety and helped coordinate blood drives while working for Warrior Coal Company.
One of Paul's real loves with riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle and even rode with the a Motorcycle Club.
Sadly Paul passed away at only 65 years old on November 10, 2010. He was survived by his wife, both his sons (his daughter died in 2008), 9 grand children, and all 3 of his siblings.
